4th of July Body Weight Boot Camp Workout

I’m holding a special early morning boot camp at my training facility here in Sacramento, CA on the morning of the 4th. Here’s the workout we’ll be doing – follow along at home and start your holiday off with a ‘bang’! (ha)

Do as many reps as you can of each exercise in 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds between/transitioning exercises. Upon completion of the seven exercise circuit, rest for 90 seconds, then complete the circuit again two more times for a total of three rounds.

  • walking lunges
  • push ups
  • body weight squat holds (hold @ bottom of squat position)
  • reverse crunches
  • mountain climbers
  • total body extensions
  • run in place (hard – 8/10 intensity level)
