‘Best Of’ TheFitnessMonster.com (6/19/2011)


I’m coming up on the three year anniversary of TheFitnessMonster.com (!) … this was my first blog ever, and I’ve learned a heck of a lot since I started it.

I now have several other websites that are more ‘tightly focused’ on specific training topics (for example - KettlebellBasics.net and BodyWeightStrengthTraining.com), but I still write a post once a week or so on this blog about new training tips I learn and pass on to you, topics that are related to workouts I’m currently doing – whatever I feel like really :)

Anyway, over the last few years, I’ve built up quite a lot of content on the site … and so I thought I’d highlight some of what have been the most popular posts. These posts showcase topics I cover on the blog on an on-going basis, and are good starting point if you’re looking to build a program for yourself or just improve upon what you’re currently doing.
