I’m coming up on the three year anniversary of TheFitnessMonster.com (!) … this was my first blog ever, and I’ve learned a heck of a lot since I started it.
I now have several other websites that are more ‘tightly focused’ on specific training topics (for example - KettlebellBasics.net and BodyWeightStrengthTraining.com), but I still write a post once a week or so on this blog about new training tips I learn and pass on to you, topics that are related to workouts I’m currently doing – whatever I feel like really
