In part one of this series, I covered three killer exercises to help you get that lean and toned midsection just in time for summer.  It’s very important that you know how to do these exercises properly, so if you missed that first post, check it out first by clicking here.

Now that you’ve got my ’5 minute ab’ exercises down pat, you’re ready for the Fitness Monster 5 Minute Abs workouts:
Perform all exercises in each circuit back-to-back without rest, rest as needed at the end of each circuit (as little as possible), and repeat the circuit 1-2 more times.
Ab Circuit 1

• 10-15 Crunches
• 10-15 Leg Drops
Ab Circuit 2
• :30 – :60 Plank Hold
• 10 – 15 Crunches
Ab Circuit 3
• 10-15 Crunches
• :30-:60 Plank Hold
• 10-15 Leg Drops

Workouts 1 and 2 are a bit more beginner and intermediate, while workout 3 is a little more advanced … so start with the first two workouts and progress as those get easier to the third.
