I have a new dumbbell complex for you from my brand new Dumbbell Complex Workout system  … here’s a video that shows you how to do it:

To recap, you’ll do:

10 1 DB Goblet Squats (heavy)
10 DB Swings (heavy)
10 1 Arm DB Curl and Press (ea side)
10 DB Sumo Squat Jumps

And repeat the circuit 3-5 times with as little rest as possible.
