Product Review: The Abs Diet

All I can say to that is … wow! I’ve gotta order a copy! :)

The Abs Diet also promises to:

  • Let you eat more and weight less
  • Teach you how to turn fat into muscle
  • Help you look and feel younger
  • Even supercharge your sex life

That sounds like a pretty perfect diet for … well, almost everyone.

And the reality is that the Abs Diet is a well thought-out and effective fat loss program. At the end of the day, most diet plans that help you lose fat have a lot of commonalities. The Abs Diet is no exception to this rule.

The Abs Diet is based around the ‘power 12′ foods – which are revealed in the book – and the idea of eating 6 meals a day. It’s a well balanced diet that doesn’t exclude any food groups. It encourages balancing your meals properly, staying away from processed carbs, keeping your portions under control.

This is a great, sound diet plan if you’re trying to lose fat and get those elusive six pack abs. While the sales page does promise a lot, it appears that if you can follow the outline that’s given in the book – which truly is pretty simple – you should have some great fat loss success.
