Oh man, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1 tbsp of dried blueberries has totally saved my diet. When I was just eating cereal, I would be ravenous by 9 or 10 am. Not good. Now that I’ve started doing the oatmeal thing, I stay full and content until lunchtime, which helps me resist snacking at work. I’m also one of those types who gets out of bed at 2am to find something to nibble on. Now I try to eat another bowl of oatmeal close to bedtime so that I can stay satiated throughout the night.
